Meet the Author:

By day, New York Times and USA Today bestselling sexy romance author Emma Hart dons a cape and calls herself Super Mum to two beautiful little monsters. By night, she drops the cape, pours a glass of whatever she fancies – usually wine – and writes books.

Emma is working on Top Secret projects she will share with her readers at every available opportunity. Naturally, all Top Secret projects involve a dashingly hot guy who likes to forget to wear a shirt, a sprinkling (or several) of hold-onto-your-panties hot scenes, and addictive, all-consuming love that will keep you up all night.

She likes to be busy – unless busy involves doing the dishes, but that seems to be when all the ideas come to life. This has recently expanded to including vacuuming, a tedious job made much more exciting by the voices in her head. Naturally, it also takes twice as long to complete.

MISS FIX IT – Emma Hart

One handywoman.

One single dad.

One set of twins.

And the wall isn’t the only thing being drilled…

I learned the hard way that being a handywoman isn’t easy. The questions, the stares—the assumption I’m the proud owner of a cock and balls. Not that it matters. I’ve proven over and over that I’m ready for anything the judgmental asses throw at me.

Except the hot, single dad of twins who just moved to town.

Brantley Cooper gets the shock of his life when I show up on his doorstep to fix up his kids’ new rooms. His son is confused why ‘the pretty lady has a drill,’ and his daughter has a new obsession—me.

On paper, my job is easy. Go in, do their bedrooms, and leave.

In theory, I’m spending eight hours a day with a guarded, sexy as hell guy, and I’m staying for dinner more often than I’m eating it alone, on my couch, with Friends re-runs.

I shouldn’t be staying for dinner. lI shouldn’t be helping him out with the twins. I shouldn’t be falling in love with tiny toes and dimpled cheeks.

And I most definitely should not be kissing my client.

I could not put this book down!

The perfect mix of funny, cute, and sweet, Miss Fix-It is a new Top Fave from Emma Hart! I adored everything about it. From the super cute kids, to the sad situation behind Brantley’s move, to our super sexy and saucy (pun intended) heroine, Kali!

Here’s the breakdown:

Brantley Cooper relocates his small family to a small town after losing his fiance’. He wants to start fresh in a new town. Kali is the resident builder in town and agrees to help him fix up his recently purchased home. He’s surprised when the handyman he thought he hired turns out to be a sexy woman. Working in close quarters quickly sparks more than just professional interest.

Here’s what I loved:

The story is original and entertaining. I love the idea of the Kali running a business that’s typically male dominated. I particularly enjoy the fact that her clients are shocked beyond belief when a beautiful female builder shows up at their house. The story is real and honest. Very refreshing!

I love the single dad trope.

Brantley is perfection! He’s a well-developed character who’s perfect, but not too perfect. The characters are phenomenal. I loved the dynamics between Kali and her family and friend. I particularly love Ellie and Eli and how they terrorize their father. Being a parent of a young child, I could totally relate!
And the wonderful witty dialogue that features prominently in this author’s book is there. I laughed out loud through much of the book. It was amazing.

So, I loved it. I highly recommend it to fans of cute kids in books, single dad trope, kick ass heroines with heart. Another top notch read from Emma Hart!
