Book Review – Sex God by Marie Force

A sizzling hot stand-alone contemporary romance!

I inherited a life I never intended to live.
I’ve upheld my responsibilities admirably.
And I’ve taken care of my own needs privately…
I’m biding my time until I can get the hell out of here.
But I didn’t count on having unfinished business
With one of my very best friends…

When a man has a certain “reputation” to uphold,
There can be no unhappy customers left behind.
Lauren is a loose end that won’t be tied up no matter how hard I try.
And I try hard. Really, really… hard.

Sex God, a stand-alone contemporary romance, is the much-anticipated follow-up to Sex Machine.

ebook, 280 pages
Expected publication: May 16th 2017 by HTJB, Inc.

The sequel to Sex Machine was as wonderful as I hoped for.

Revisiting  and catching up with favorite characters was one of the highlights of this book. I loved Blake and Honey’s story and loved seeing their family grow in book2.

Sex God by Marie Force was a best friends to lover novel.

Not only were Garrett and Lauren wonderfully charismatic they had been best friends for a very long time. Which was such a nice change to all the other insta-lust and insta-love novels.

Garrett had always been interested in Lauren in more ways than just being friends, but the timing was never right. And Lauren had always been aware that Garrett was a wonderful guy, easily the best guy a girl could ask for, unfortunately she ended up with the wrong man, but fortunately for her the timing was finally RIGHT!

Sex God was FUNNY!!!!

And sweet, swoony and one of those feel good romances that made me smile non-stop. I loved the interactions and banter between Lauren and Garrett. They were such a great couple. I especially adored how well they knew each other.

I thought Sex God was the perfect blend of sizzling HOT, low angst, fun times, and a couple that genuinely liked each other. The book couldn’t have been any more entertaining and captivating. It was fun, light-hearted and the perfect feel-good novel.
