Best books of August 2018

So, let’s see which book made it on our
Best Books of August 2018 list!!

August was a slow reading month for me. I reread a favorite series that I read years ago and loved as much as I did the first time – which is always a great feeling. lI also read a highly anticipated book of the year and it turned out to be an excellent read. I found a new author to follow after reading her latest novel and falling in love with it. And I listened to a couple mystery/suspense audiobooks and really enjoyed that genre.

Although it was a slow month I still read a good amount, I just didn’t have the big OMG moments that I live for. So, let’s see who made it on the list.

  1. I’m SO jealous about Leverage in Death as I’m rather manic about that series. I’ve got The Simple Wild in the queue (audio) as well as Jar of Hearts. Crown of Midnight was really good.

    Great post!

    1. You’ll love Leverage in Death 😊 and I hope you’ll enjoy The Simple Wild it totally surprised me with how amazing it was, Jar of Hearts as well.
